About DTLA Fitness

D.T.L.A. Fitness is a personal training, group fitness class, and nutrition counseling business owned and operated by seasoned fitness pros, Jodi and Ron Avalos. After 3 years of offering mobile training only, they are excited to share their own private fitness studio with the DTLA community and surrounding areas.

Jodi is a former athlete and NPC bikini competitor. Her passion for fitness and desire for quality personal training, group fitness classes, and nutrition counseling in the eastern neighborhoods of Downtown Los Angeles sparked the creation of D.T.L.A. Fitness. With a variety of training options, 1-on-1 personal training, online training, small group training, and group classes, in addition to nutrition counseling, meal planning, etc, D.T.L.A. Fitness has a high quality, health and wellness plan to fit your lifestyle and your schedule.
