  Fit w/H.I.I.T.

Welcome to one of our signature classes at D.T.L.A. Fitness, Fit with H.I.I.T.! Looking to improve your endurance and stamina? Our Fit with H.I.I.T. (high-intensity interval training) class is the perfect way to challenge yourself and push your limits. This heart-pumping cardio-based class will leave you sweating and torching those calories! Our small group fitness classes are led by experienced trainers who will work with you to help you get the most out of each workout. H.I.I.T. STRENGTH 

Looking for a challenging and effective workout? Join our small group fitness class at D.T.L.A. Fitness. Our class combines strength and endurance exercises to give you a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. Our experienced instructors will be there every step of the way to push and motivate you towards your fitness goals.

Glute Camp

Welcome to Glute Camp, where we’re all about sculpting and strengthening those glutes! This specialized fitness class is designed to target and tone your gluteal muscles through a series of focused exercises. Get ready for a workout that combines booty-blasting moves with targeted isolation exercises, promising to lift, shape, and define your glutes. Suitable for all fitness levels, Glute Camp provides a fun and motivating environment to enhance your posterior strength and aesthetics. Join us for a specialized class that puts the emphasis on the assets you want to build and lift – your glutes!

    Strength Focus 

Welcome to our Strength Focus Class! This session is dedicated to sculpting and strengthening your body through a carefully curated series of resistance exercises. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, this class caters to all fitness levels. Booty & Core

Welcome to our Booty & Core class where you will experience a rigorous muscle-isolating workout that is specially tailored to tighten and tone your glutes and core. Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of core exercises first, followed by a series of booty-building exercises that are designed to challenge and engage your booty and core muscles in an energetic small group setting. Skip the BBL, get the results you want, and have fun doing it with our Booty & Core class!

This 50-minute class energetic dance cardio class challenges you with low/med impact step aerobics. No experience necessary and guaranteed to get your body moving! Check out our Instagram for the moves prior to class for a little head start. Stretching concludes this class.

STEP RELOADED

Welcome to our Step Reloaded class with Ashley Osborne! Looking for a fun and intense workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished? Look no further than Step Reloaded, the fast-paced step aerobics class offered at D.T.L.A. Fitness. With upbeat music and a dynamic routine, this class will help you burn calories and achieve your fitness goals. Join us today and start stepping up your fitness game!

Open Gym

Open Gym sessions are not classes, they simply provide you the space and equipment to come workout on your own. Open gym hours are from 6am - 9pm Monday - Friday, and 8am - 2pm Saturday - Sunday.

All group classes and open gym sessions are non-refundable. We have a limited amount of space in each studio; any cancellation with less than 6 hours notice or a no-show is subject to a standard $15 cancellation fee.
