Glute Camp
Are you looking to lift or grow your back side without surgery? Skip the BBL and get your booty to Glute Camp, a 45-minute glute focused workout. After a quick warm-up, we'll go into 10 minutes of glute activation with a band before getting into some seriously intense booty building exercises!
Cardio & Core
Are you ready for 50-minutes of heart pumping abdominal work? This class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up and leave your core felling the burn!
Strength Focus
50 minutes of purely strength focused exercises. No cardio in this class, just building strenght. Check out the muscle split below to see what the strength focus is each day.

Cardio Dance
This 50-minute class will get your heart pumping and your body grooving! Have fun and move toward your fitness goals with energy, follow-along dance moves set to music from artists like Lizzo, Doja Cat, Cardi B and more! Beginner friendly and designed to burn calories, this class will give you a cardiovascular workout that bring a smile to your face! No dance experience needed!
STEP’N on necks!
This 50-minute class energetic dance cardio class challenges you with low/med impact step aerobics. No experience necessary and guaranteed to get your body moving! Check out our Instagram for the moves prior to class for a little head start. Stretching concludes this class.
