Private Personal Training

Prices listed are for private personal training sessions. Training sessions are held at 1001 W Olympic Blvd., in Downtown Los Angeles and are non-refundable. Sessions include customized one-on-one training (approximately 60 minutes each,) general nutrition counseling (customized meal plans are available for an additional cost,) and a "Do-It-Yourself" cardio/exercise plan for the days one-on-one training does not take place.

1 session - $100.00

6 sessions - $540.00

12 sessions - $1,020.00

16 sessions - $1,280.00

*Training can be done in pairs for the price listed above... Split the cost and stay motivated with a training buddy!!

**Sessions must be used within 6 months from purchase.

Small Group Training

Small Group (3-5 people) Training is also available at select times. The rates for small group training are as listed above + $20/person/session for each additional individual.

Personal Training Discounts

All personal training clients receive a 20% discount on all Group Class services.

Online Training

Price listed is for a 4 week online-training program. The program is for 4 consecutive weeks. Each 4 week program includes a "Do-It-Yourself" training program, 1 custom meal plan, & online support. This program is for highly-motivated individuals. Gym experience is not necessary, but is helpful.

Competition Prep Training

In addition to having personal training and sports nutrition backgrounds, Owner of D.T.L.A. Fitness and Trainer, Jodi Avalos, has first-hand experience training for and competing in NPC Bikini Competitions. With her knowledge of the sport of bodybuilding, she has helped other trainers prepare for competition and can help prepare you for your first competition too! Competition prep generally requires around 2 hours/day, 6-7 days per week of gym training, as well as following a strict nutrition plan. No matter what your fitness level is, we can get you stage ready as long as you are committed to the process and ready to give 110%!

Competition Prep Includes:

  • (1) 2 hour session/week (training, Q&A, Progress Pics, Posing*, etc)

  • Custom Meal Planning (what to eat, supplements, etc)

  • Custom Workout Plans (on your own)

  • Posing (*Bikini and Men's Physique only)

  • Hair, make-up, tanning advice

  • Help with registration

  • Coach support (text/e-mail)

Competition Prep Rates

Option 1- $1,500.00/3 month program

Option 2 - $600.00/month (no monthly minimum commitment)

Additional 60-Minute Training Sessions - $60.00/session

Additional 90-Minute Training Sessions - $90.00/session
